The Name Game
One of the most popular monthly features that appeared on Swiss Radio International, off and on for some 10 years, was The Name Game.
The idea was that of the late SRI broadcaster, Richard Dawson, and involved an SRI reporter going to a mystery location somewhere in Switzerland. Much information was given about the place, but the name of the pace was never mentioned. Prizes were awarded to lucky listeners who could correctly identity the mystery location.
During the 1990s and up to 2001, when the series ended, Bob Zanotti alternated with Dick Dawson in producing The Name Game. Going through his personal archive, Bob found recordings of some of the Name Game episodes he produced. They are presented by PCJ Media as public domain sound documents for your listening pleasure.
